8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Rights: Customers may cancel services before work begins with written notice. Cancellation terms vary based on project status:
- Before materials are ordered: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- After materials ordered but before installation: Refund minus material costs and 15% administrative fee
- After installation begins: Refund based on work not completed minus costs incurred
Custom-ordered materials are non-refundable unless defective.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AquaSmart Pro's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss
- Damages exceeding the contract value
- Issues arising from pre-existing conditions
- Acts of nature, vandalism, or third-party actions
10. Insurance and Liability Coverage

We assist with permit applications where required, but customers are ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained. Installation work complies with applicable building codes, irrigation standards, and local regulations. Code requirements may affect system design and installation methods.
12. Intellectual Property
All system designs, plans, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of AquaSmart Pro. Customers receive a license to use installed systems but may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information only as necessary to provide services, comply with legal requirements, and improve our offerings. We do not sell or share customer information with unrelated third parties.
14. Dispute Resolution
